I've literally been around the world a few times, and the mighty little town of Grapevine, Texas, keeps pulling me back for more adventure. Hate to break it to you, but bourbon is only American.
Hate to break it to you friend, but you can make bourbon anywhere as long as it is 51% corn mash, aged in new charred oak barrels, distilled at max 160, barrelled at max 125, and bottled at min 80 proof. But you can make it on the moon and still call it bourbon. Just not Kentucky bourbon. #drinkintheknowledge

We went to Bordighera last September and fell in love with it. Remains untouched by mass tourism. The views of the Mediterranean are stunning and it is so charming and authentic. Feels like we are in the mid 80s. Has such flair great food and tranquility. We are going back and considering even retirement there. ❤

Ive heard the spirits lost during aging is called the Angels share. If I become a Angel I know where I would spend my time.
I would like to share that time with you angel;) Yeah it's the portion that evaporates during the aging process (as far as I've been told by a distiller at Rogue in Oregon) ... it's kind of a beautiful metaphor ... plus, it's the name of my absolute favorite (hidden) bar in NYC shhhhh.

I've lived in DC area since the 90s and don't do much clubbing any more. But I've traveled all over the country and much of the world, and I can say this: Nothing beats NY and Miami nightlife. But DC, in my humble opinion, DC is right up there in the next tier. Great, great nightlife city!
Completely agree, in fact, I'd say depending on what you are looking for, DC is a secret weapon.

This was a special tour designed for Marriott ... If you contact their offices they are happy to design tours around your particular goals. They are amazing.

This particular trip is called "Crossing the Circle" and was 19k (not including bar tab;) ... but they have lot's of options and focus' to choose from.

@@TravelClastmany of the high end cloth have a wonderful handle and are beautiful but many also don’t wear as well and don’t make as well being so delicate. High end cloth is also more expensive so there may be a trade off as to how much of the total cost is the tailor vs the materials. Every purchase is a balance of competing aspects.

San Remo is definitely the more "Lively" of them all - you would do well there for sure.
@TravelClast On my way back from a 3 months stay in Cannes/Antibes, I visited San Remo and spent there an afternoon. It appeared to me to be hosting a significantly older crowd and far fewer singles, thus offering far fewer opportunities to hook up.
I got married in there in 2009. Search ‘Woodward wall of death’ for proof!
